The Old Byre - sleeps 4

The Old Byre offers luxury accommodation with a private outdoor Jacuzzi Hot Tub with Lake district views. The cottage has been converted from our former calf pens and tastefully renovated using finest building materials. The bricks are oven baked fire clay made in the traditional manner and the beams and trusses are formed out of Douglas Fir. All the windows and doors have been hand made from hard wood and seasoned oak. The doors are hung on cast iron hinges and close with “snek” fastenings.

The Lounge area with double doors leads to a raised patio area with outdoor furniture and an outdoor private Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, light oak furniture and wall mounted flatscreen digital TV. The second bedroom offers twin beds and built in wardrobe.
Bathroom with large cast bath with separate shower & mirror and LED lights.

Although we have not applied for an accessibility grading The Old Byre is suitable for less mobile visitors as it is on the ground floor with only one entrance step - please refer to our Access Statement.
