We welcome you to our beautiful working dairy farm situated close to Cockermouth, Keswick, the Lake District National Park, Maryport and the Solway Coast. Our luxury self catering holiday cottages, some with hot tubs, offer you the best of both worlds – lakes and mountains to the south and east and sandy beaches and unspoilt coastline to the west.
The gem market town of Cockermouth is just 3 miles away with a wide array of shops, restaurants, pubs and visitor attractions.
Our lovingly converted barns surround a private court yard with ample free parking and are separated from the working farm by a 17th century bank barn and are the ideal base for relaxing, walking, cycling and even wild swimming.
The Old Byre & Little Meadow both sleep 4 guests, have their own private hot tubs and overlook open countryside looking towards the Lake district fells.
The Bothy, new for 2021, is a romantic, quirky, unique getaway for 2 and Bendale Cottage is also a cosy cottage for 2, especially those who love the great outdoors.
Each cottage has a its own feel and charm. Whether you are here for two nights or two weeks, you will leave feeling refreshed.

Guests at the Old Byre and Little Meadow can enjoy 5 star living with the added bonus at the end of the day of relaxing in the luxurious hot tubs with Lake District views.
Fresh flowers decorate the cottages and a complementary welcome pack will await your arrival. Our cottages have all bedding and towels provided.
Our cottages are ideal for that special occasion – romantic honeymoon, anniversaries and birthdays and we can organise special flowers, balloons, luxury chocolates and gifts. Please ring to ask. Our luxury Keswick cottages are non smoking and regrettably we are unable to accommodate pets.
